Dr. Carolyn goes above and beyond. There have definitely been some office staff glitches, but nothing that wasn't fixed, and has improved over time. I'm sad that other people haven't had the experience that we've had. Regarding the comment about beside manner, Dr. Carolyn doesn't coddle, and she's very direct and to the point. For some people this might feel like bad bedside manner. For me it was a breath of fresh air. She helped my family face hard situations and choices head on, and with clarity. I strongly recommend her care.
Was a current patient... they sent me to another clinic to handle my 'scrip refills. Called them back to make an appointment (it is currently the month of May).... and because I hadn't been there (due to THEM asking ME to use another clinic for my prescription) the had to consider me a new patient and I couldn't get a general appointment until NOVEMBER!!! That's 6 months for the math challenged. On top of that, of all the appointments I had there, I never once got to see the Doctor I wanted to see, and of course the Nurse Practitioner left that I was seeing. That's my fault why???? Ridiculous!! Secretary answering the phone could not wrap her head around this. Perfect example of what is wrong in healthcare today.
Great Doctor & staff. I don't know where these other reviewers are going. Dr. Carolyn is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things to you, and seems to genuinely care about your welfare. I have been seeing her for 2 years and have never once had an issue with either her or her office staff. I have had bad doctors before. Dr. Carolyn Wolf-Gould is NOT a bad Doctor, she is one of the best!
Dr. Carolyn has been the kindest and most professional doctor i've ever had. She has been extremely supportive of me and always fills prescriptions in a timely manner. The staff is also terrific and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Carolyn Wolf-Gould
Needs to be more consistent in making sure her patients are medically, hormonally, and physically balanced rather than delaying them for as long as she can, even after they come to her asking for help.
