The manager, Tom, is great. He'll special order anything you like, within reason.
My kid loves this store. Tom is AWESOME! Most favorite and memorable employee. Very helpful with everyone and knows a lot.

It's a Gamestop. The staff is a bit too pushy (especially the store manager) but they do have quota's to fill. Fair price on trade ins but other than that there is nothing special about this particular Gamestop.
