I want to commend the entire staff at UPS Store 6676 for their support and efficiency in handling a large number of shipments for my son's wedding in the Catskills. The staff offered helpful suggestions, went out of their way to make deliveries, and also did a great job with all our printing needs. A special thanks to Crystal, Cheryl, Ashley, and John!
I was gouged $71.52 for a package that took 8 days to arrive. Compare this to the $37.98 and 3 business days that FedEx would charge me for the same exact shipment. Guess who gets my business from today into perpetuity?

Not very pleased with my experience here. Went in to ship a box as cost effectively as possible across the country. Talked with the folks on duty about the best course of action, whether to ship to a home, or business, or another UPS location etc. Got the run around on that. Ended up deciding to ship to a UPS location. Cool. They didn't bother mentioning there was an extra $5 charge payable when I pick up the box. Looked closer at my receipt, nope, no charge or mention thereof. But wait, this box that is clearly labeled from Wal-Mart of being 15"x15"x16" was input as 16"x16"x17". While that likely did not jack up my price too much, I am not pleased to see the carelessness.
I went into the store and ended up walking out because I realized I didn't print the return shipping label from my email. The owner came outside and said I could forward the email to the store and they would print it for me. Above and beyond customer service; even with a lobby full of people during the holiday rush.
