Friendly staff and a good variety of exercise equipment. The memberships are a little expensive, but this is really the only general-use non-specific exercise center in Oneonta.
Has a nice swimming pools and life guards who actually pay attention.
Extremely poor phone service, no way to reach the front desk to ask one simple question. Fix your horrid phone machine!
Great place to be everyone is nice and the staff is great and helpful, low cost memberships daily or monthly.
An excellent place to work out, I just wish they were open on Sundays.
