Will never use cleaners again. Lost my down comforter and the manager gave me the run around first telling me they couldn't find it because the tag came off in cleaning and then that it was still being cleaned and made me return multiple times only to try and give me a comforter that was neither the same size or brand as mine, and looked like it had been used to mop a floor. They were extremely rude and acted as if though I was trying to pull a fast one on them when I refused to take the comforter they were trying to pass off as mine. They did not return money for cleaning or pay for the comforter they lost (they told the BBB they would, but kept giving me the run around and never did). Will drive 30 miles down the road before I bring anything here again.
