This park has a little bit of something for everyone. There's a skatepark, a playground, a baseball field, a pond, and lots of open field. There are so many fun events that go on here throughout the year. It's a great place to enjoy a nice day
Neahwa is a nice park. They have several ball fields, a small area for skateboarding, several open fields, two pavilions, water side picnic areas, a playground for kids, and a lovely promenade to walk along. Usually very clean with well maintained grounds and a family friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is that there isn't a continuous walk way around the pond so you are forced to walk around on the side of road. This is fine though since the speed limit (10mph) is regularly enforced by the city police.
A great place for kids and adults. Whether your looking to relax in peace and quite or to exercise. It's good. Children can play on the newer playground equipment and they even have skateboarding ramps.Nice scenery as well.
A great place for all your family needs in a park. A playground for the kids, fields to run and play in. Soccer fields, baseball fields, 2 basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, fishing in Hodges Pond, a skateboard park, and multiple pavilions for gatherings. In the summer the family can enjoy watching the Oneonta Outlaws at Damaschke Field.
