Nice busses
I was very fortunate to take the tour of Virginia Beach last Spring. It was a very enjoyable trip! The hostess and driver were so professional and very helpful to all the passengers. The itinerary was absolutely well planned, covering everything from the Tattoo to Historical Williamsburg to the Naval Base, with man activities in between. It was a truly incredible trip!
I am a professional over the road truck driver. I was following one of your busses across I-90 today heading east. I was between Rochester and Syracuse around 4:30 pm today. I watched unit #85 change lanes several times without once ever using a directional light. He would get right up close to a vehicle in front of him before changing lanes. I'm not sure where you find your drivers at but this one definitely needs to be taken out of the drivers seat. He has very precious cargo on the bus and doesn't need to be driving that way. I hope you take action or he may end up hurting someone. Thank you
I have taken numerous trips with Eastern Travel Oneonta Bus Lines and welcome this opportunity to give them the credit they earn each and every day. Their service is excellent. Looking for a particular trip, I checked out other bus lines and find that they don't stack up to Eastern. On Eastern, you have a more than competent driver, excellent skills in finding trip destinations. The escorts provide coffee and donuts in the morning, snacks and cold drinks on the way home if the journey is a long one. They act as an intermediary to getting us in and out of theatres, exhibits, acquiring tickets, getting us set in our hotels for overnighters. A big thing for me is reserved seating. I can get on an Eastern Travel coach and know where I will sit. The office staff keeps it all straight, and are pleasant to deal with. Good job overall, Eastern, and hope you continue for many more years.
My wife and i did the whale watch trip to Boston for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it. Driver (fred) and tour guide ( rosemary) were the best. We have plans to use them many more times. Thank you
