Would be negative but you can't do that. My girlfriend set up an appointment for an oil change (a 10 to 15 minute job) ended up sitting there waiting for an hour and a half.they didn't have the oil filter there until about an hour after being there. This place is trash and wouldn't recommend going there for anything.
