Vert attentive staff. Upon arrival, the room smelled kinda bad. We told them, and they sprayed, making it tolerable. Shower had no pressure, and the toilet handle needed to be jiggled. The staff made the issues more tolerable, because they really were nice.
Lovely and convenient place to stay for our trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Beds were quite comfortable after a day on our feet... The free "continental breakfast" turned out to be quite nice as they served eggs, bacon, homefries and fresh waffles in addition to the standard continental faire... For those with 4-legged friends, it turns out this location is pet friendly, although we didn't hear a peep or a bark in our room. Only unfortunate thing was a few pellets I found on the floor in the corner by the a.c./heating unit when we were packing to leave...
The rooms have no plug ins with the exception of hidden behind the bed in the center. Who want to go on an Easter egg hunt to plug their phone in? Get rid of the alarm clock and give us either a lamp with an extra plug in or how about some sort of charger port!!! The restaurant is ok, bartender less than capable but friendly, the beds are quite comfortable, rooms are always clean, staff is very friendly, but seriously 21st century!!
A really excellent hotel serving the Oneonta area. The service was prompt and courteous, the room has spacious and comfortable, and the provided breakfast was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I only stayed one night and was unable to check out the restaurant or other amenities but I will certainly make it a point to stay here again if passing through.
We had a nice weekend stay here for a night in a King room for a very reasonable price for this area. The hotel was very busy over the weekend but the hotel staff was very friendly and cheerful. The room was very clean and housekeepers were very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast too. We will come back again. Complements to the very helpful staff especially the staff at the breakfast area
