Sometimes you get good service other times you have to wait too long for help...The last time I was there and I waited for an hour for assistance...I left and went to Walmarts and purchase what I wanted there....
For a Verizon store, the service is good and they get new products in pretty quickly. I was surprised to find that they had the newest galaxy in stock the night of the day it came out.
Any time I have a problem they can fix It. They are very courteous and sufficient

Worst in store service around. Never have an answer to a problem but can sure talk when they want to sell you something then it's buyer beware!
