Friendly staff and great experiance
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. However, if you want to make friends there are less painful ways to do it. The dentist was pretty rude initially, but I dealt with it. They do not manage pain. He only asks if you are numb, does not check, and assumes everyone is a drug addict apparently. I cannot take naproxen... the reply I got was that they don't prescribe narcotics. Told to take 1 Tylenol and 1 Advil for 4 teeth. Come on, everyone knows that's garbage. I never leave reviews, but this was the most painful experience I've had, and to not have pain managed.
Dr. Bonsi is always in a good mood and very knowledgeable. I think he loves his profession! I would have preferred a bit more explanation afterward on how to take care of the splint, but I guess I could have asked more questions too. Painless procedure! I recommend Dr. Bonsi.
Really great ppl work at this office. Many of my family members and some friends are also patients. My grandchildren love to visit every 6 months!
