I was there a total of two hours and walked out with my free exam, a cleaning, and a filling taken care of and my next appointment for a cleaning scheduled.
After that I asked if I could get a cleaning while I was there and was afforded that opportunity with a smile, as well as I was told I could also get my filling fixed that day.
Force unwanted and unneeded services on patients. You either do what they say or they don't provide service. They know exactly what insurance pays for and recommends it, needed or not.
The staff is Very fast and friendly! They booked appointments very quickly and very little wait time. Highly recommended
When I showed up I was greeted with very pleasant staff.
They also called with my results which was really nice of them but then I was told I needed a filling and their next open spot wasn't until September - 3 months later.
I get more upset and frustrated after each visit. I first went in Sept. 2016 to have some work done that was long overdue and to prevent further decline. I paid $3400 plus used $1000 worth of insurance to pay for the work. Only 1 of the things I wanted to have done first has been done. I have had 4 appts. canceled, some on days that I took off from work to have, often less than 1 hour before I was to be there. My visit last week was for a cleaning and that was fine. I met the new dentist working in the office and talked to him about my situation. I left with a renewed sense of hope that the things I want to have done would finally get done. After leaving today, I am only left to wonder how I can get my money back so I can move on and finally get some satisfaction.
The staff here are always friendly - and I love the ability to get email and text reminders. Jo who does my cleanings is wonderful.
Great place overall but they need more staff - definitely another dentist at least. Two hours for a routine cleaning is too long - especially when most of that time is just waiting to see the dentist for five minutes.
After my initial FREE checkup which included about 30 x-rays all done by Brittany Sutton very professionally, I was given my oral exam and told I had a cavity which needed to be taken care of sometime.
I'm a high-star all the way.
After making an online appointment two months earlier - I was called two times to confirm just as a reminder.
My only complaint is the wait time for the dentist. I recently had an 8am cleaning and ended leaving without talking to the dentist because I had to get back by 10. The whole time the staff kept me updated on where he was, that he'd be with me as soon as he could - so I know of course he was busy but it was still a really long wait.
