Family friendly. My kids love Dr. Bonsi. Staff is always pleasant.
Dr. Bonsi is very good at what he does. Most of the time I find the staff to be friendly, helpful, and very good at what they do- and we've had some nice conversations. I've never had to wait. I think they are just under some pressure, which may explain an experience of staff being "rude".
Bonsi is very smart and knows what he's talking about BUT be very cautious with his diagnoses. I was told several times my insurance was covering a procedure that he would then do, only to get a bill in the mail. Apparently, according to my insurance, I did not have what he diagnosed me with and therefore they could not pay for the procedures.
I should also mention he and his staff can be very rude. The last time I was there the practice was falling apart due to some drama. Tons of people were fired. It was a really harsh environment to be in.
Long wait, rude staff, overpriced for area.
