I met Diane, property manager, who came across as a nice person. I filled out the application and submitted a non-refundable application fee. The next day, Diane informed me that there was a problem with my application because I had switched jobs twice in the past two years and that's a problem for this property because there is no way to get out of a lease. The penalty would be the remainder of the lease. They don't allow you to find a new tenant to start a new lease in your apt and there is no two months penalty option for early termination. I wish Diane would have told me all this when I first met her for twenty minutes.
Such a quiet neighborhood and its surrounded by a beautiful view. The apartments are really spacious and well taken care of.
